The Lege Hotel, also known as Hotel Vermilion, stood on the corner of Main and Port (now called Pre Mgret) Streets from 1905 to 1910. It was built by J. O. Lg in 1905, and was destroyed by fire in 1910. It was not rebuilt as a hotel. This is the corner where Marion Guarino later had a service station and auto repair shop. You can see a portion of the 1896 bridge over the Vermilion River on the right edge of the picture.
